That didn't deter Andrew Stuart, however, who moved in close and proceeded to hold the auction from the middle of the road, pacing up and down trying to encourage some bidding. Unfortunately no one was in a buying mood and the property was passed in on the opening vendor bid of $900,000. A very quiet vibe.
