"Great house - I remember going to the auction when this home was a bulldozer job a few years ago. They have done a first rate job since. Street we have bought in before and we like - will have to check out the Flying Duck pub again soon. This home has excellent, for Prahran, side car access a real plus. As you walk inside you get that minimalist modern hi tech feel and its stays with you throughout the home and on all finishes, There is nothing quaint and quirky about this home its big bold and brassy - are you overcapitalizing. Hey you not buying this for financial reasons alone; it's mostly about the emotion. Benmac's Hugh Hardy seems to specialize in these types of homes."
BOUGHT* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, in fact we buy around 80 per year in the $1M-$5M range, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
