It didn't climb quite high enough during auction and was passed in at $4,600,000. Sold after auction for an undisclosed amount.

"This is an outstanding package - with grace, space and light. The flow of the house is first class ( although a lift would have been a nice addition). Almost full length windows in all of the down stairs rooms provide plenty of light while the doors open to a north west facing private courtyard. There is never the feeling of being cramped - although there is not a lot of land. The principal bedroom, with a more than adequate sitting area, is in splendid isolation upstairs. So this may be not a house for a family with young kids but it should suit everyone else."
